This is the HaleNET Online Help Desk for your customer service.
Below is a list of categories of the types of difficties customer experience, plus some tutorials to configure your HaleNET connection for optimum performance.
Each of the topics will lead you through a series of questions in an attempt to help you diagnose and reconfigure your connection in order to achieve optimum performance. Please contact us by phone if you need further assistance. Our office hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, however we can be contacted by phone between the hours of 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday and between 9am and 6pm on Weekends for connection related issues. You can email us 24 hours a day and we will get back to you asap. If you email outside of business hours please use the helpdesk form as it will give us the info we need to quickly resolve your questions.
